Regina Meulenberg

Regina Meulenberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Regina currently holds a position as a Senior IT Project & Process Manager at AIXTRON SE since July 2023. Prior to this, Regina worked at Accenture for several years, starting as a Technology Consulting Analyst in June 2018 and progressing to roles as a Technology Consultant and later a Technology Consulting Manager. Regina held these positions until June 2023.

Before joining Accenture, Regina gained valuable experience at MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a Masterandin from May 2017 to September 2017. Regina also worked as a Werksstudentin SCM at the same company from December 2012 to May 2017. In this role, Regina was involved in various internal projects focused on process analysis and optimization. Regina contributed to the reduction of average raw material inventory by 24%, conducted a proof-of-concept for digitizing the approach process, and supported inventory management and demand planning. Regina also played a role in training new employees and apprentices. Prior to this, Regina briefly worked as a Support Media Manager at MÄURER & WIRTZ GmbH & Co. KG from June 2012 to September 2012.

Regina Meulenberg began their education in 2010 at Dalli-Werke GmbH & Co. KG, where they studied to become an Industriekauffrau. Regina completed this program in 2012. Following this, they enrolled at RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business administration from 2012 to 2015. After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Regina continued their studies at RWTH Aachen University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business administration from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly participated in a Short-Term Student Exchange program at Chulalongkorn University.
