Kim Dial

Kim Dial is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for AIY Properties, Inc., a multi-family property management company overseeing more than 10,000 units in Northeast Ohio since May 2014. In this role, Kim implemented the HR Department to handle payroll for 270 employees, full cycle recruiting, employee benefits, workman's compensation, ACA reporting, and performance improvement. Prior to this position, Kim held various HR roles, including HR Manager at Great Lakes Petroleum and a Human Resources role at Eaton Corporation. Kim began a career in HR as a Human Resources Specialist at Lumitex, Inc. Kim Dial holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from The New School and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from The University of Akron.
