Cathy Bell is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Operational Oversight (CASS) at AJ Bell since June 2017. Prior to this role, Cathy was the Chief Operating Officer at WEALTH at Work from February 2014 to June 2017 and held the position of Director, Client Products & Solutions at BNY Mellon | Pershing from August 2010 to February 2014. Earlier career experiences include serving as Pensions Technical Manager at Balfour Beatty Pension Fund and as Product Development Officer at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Cathy's professional journey began at Marks & Spencer Financial Services Ltd, where a decade was spent as Life & Pensions Team Manager. Cathy is an alumnus of the University of Central Lancashire.
