Seth Neumann

Seth Neumann has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Career Services Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. From there, they worked at various companies in roles such as Intern Program Coordinator and College Relations Representative at Archer Daniels Midland Company, HR Analyst/Recruiting Coordinator at XR Trading, Senior Recruiter (Contractor) at Fresenius Medical Care, and HR Generalist at Opry Entertainment Group. In 2018, Seth joined The Escape Game as an HR & Compliance Manager before being promoted to Director of HR & Compliance in 2020. Currently, they are the Director of People Operations at AJ Capital Partners.

Seth Neumann holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's School of Labor and Employment Relations, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management at East Tennessee State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Seth has obtained several certifications, including Effective Communications & Human Relations/Skills For Success from Dale Carnegie in June 2012, and Conflict Resolution Training Program Certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December 2009.
