Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hotel and real estate industry. Tim most recently worked at AJ Capital Partners as the Chief Investment Officer for Graduate Hotels and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at Transwestern and an MBA Analyst at Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. Tim also gained experience as an MBA Summer Associate at USAA Real Estate Company and a Pre-MBA Summer Analyst at JMI Realty. Additionally, Tim worked as a Senior Analyst at Wentwood Capital Advisors and as a Hotel Finance Consultant as an Independent Contractor. Tim began their career as a Financial Analyst at CBRE Hotels and held various roles at Montage Hotels and Resorts and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in guest services.

Tim Ryan received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Private Equity & Real Estate Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2011 and 2013.
