Mohammed ElShanti

Mohammed ElShanti began their career in 1993 as a Consultant with Accenture. Mohammed then joined KPMG in 1994 as a Senior Consultant, where they managed a team of 25 ERP consultants and was the business development responsible for the Levant area. In 1996, they became a Senior Managing Consultant at PwC, and was the Program Director for various high-profile enterprise applications (ERP) engagements in the extended manufacturing sector. Mohammed also served as the Project Manager and Chief Architect for the development of a leading-edge network profitability model and software tool for the airline industry. ElShanti then moved to Swiss International Air Lines in 1999, where they were the Regional Manager for the SAir Group, Atraxis. After that, they joined IBM in 2000 as the Regional Principal for IBM Global Services. In 2003, they became the Regional Business Development Manager and Regional Practice Manager for HP's Extended Manufacturing and SAP-TSG. From 2005 to 2006, ElShanti was the CEO of ArabJet Airlines, where they set up and managed the 1st Business Class only low cost carrier concept in the region. In 2017, they became a Member and Judge at The Webby Awards, International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Finally, ElShanti was the CEO of AJ Management Consulting from 2006 to 2017, where they provided integrated value-focused consulting services.

Mohammed ElShanti received their BSc in Structural Engineering and Computer Aided Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 1992. Mohammed then went on to obtain an MBS and an MBA from the University of Kent in 1993. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Internet of Things: Business Implications and Opportunities from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
