Mike Bagnall

Mike Bagnall serves as the Commercial Director APAC at AJ Networx since November 2025, overseeing commercial strategy and revenue across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Mike was the Head of Sales Australia (PTY) at TXO, managing commercial operations and client relations in ANZ and SE Asia, and held positions as Senior Account Manager focusing on European enterprise organizations. Mike is also the founder of Red Bear Leather, a retail e-commerce venture, and has extensive experience in sales and account management through roles at CxO Institute, where leadership included European sales management. Early career experiences span operations management and sales roles in various sectors, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Conditioning from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
