Per-Eric Uusitalo possesses extensive experience in investment management and corporate governance, currently serving as a Board Member at AJ Produkter since May 2009, with a focus on treasury, mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, business intelligence, and corporate governance. Previously, Uusitalo held positions as Head of Investment Management, emphasizing absolute return investments in equities and fixed income products in the Nordic region, as well as Senior Portfolio Manager roles at SEB Asset Management, Nordea Investment Management, and Skandia Fondförvaltning AB. Uusitalo initially began a career as a Financial Analyst at Alfred Berg Fondkommission AB. Uusitalo holds a Civilekonom degree in Accounting & Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
