Susanne Jespersen is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager QC RMC/ Cleanroom & Microbiology at AJ Vaccines since April 2017, Susanne oversees two independent teams supporting aseptic vaccine production while fostering team development and alignment with corporate goals. Previous roles at AJ Vaccines include Director QA Operations and Manager QA FP BCG products, demonstrating a strong background in quality assurance and team management. Earlier experience includes positions at Novo Nordisk, Dansac A/S, Egalet Corporation, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Neurosearch A/S, Medtronic, and Euromed Inc., where Susanne developed and implemented quality management systems and led significant compliance initiatives. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark and completed high school with a focus on mathematics and physics.
