Winston Lays

Winston Lays is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Ajaib and Founder at Delos, Winston has previously held roles such as Project Manager at RebelWorks, General Manager at PT Saga Machie, and Enterprise and Mobile Developer positions at Bluewolf and LUA Technologies, respectively. Winston's expertise includes managing agile digital teams, designing technical architectures, translating business requirements into effective tech solutions, and prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer feedback and data analysis. Winston holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
