Casey Dougan

Casey Dougan is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Ajax Health since November 2022, Dougan previously held key roles at Kedalion Therapeutics, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President until the company's acquisition by Novartis in June 2022. Dougan's experience also encompasses significant positions at McKinsey & Company, where roles included Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, as well as previous experience in business development and sales at companies such as BD, Synexis, Smith & Nephew, Pfizer, and Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Dougan holds an MBA in Health Care Management/Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Biology/Economics from Brown University.
