Sofia Aguilera, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in HR management and support. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at AJC Group since December 2019, Sofia previously held various HR roles at AJC International, including Human Resources Manager and Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, employee relations, risk management, and HR development. Sofia also contributed to event coordination and support for North America HR functions. Educational qualifications include a Human Resources Management Certificate from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern French Language & Culture from Kennesaw State University, along with a brief academic stint at Université Laval.
