Andrea Jones

Andrea Jones, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrea is currently the Founder & CEO of The Executagility Company, where they have developed a standardized process that helps companies complete system improvements and streamline critical operational processes. Andrea also serves as the Principal of Andrea Jones Consulting, where they assist organizations in achieving impactful projects and change through ERP system selections and implementations.

Previously, Andrea held the role of Executive Principal at Jones and Jones Acquisitions LLC, where they focused on acquiring and managing small to medium-sized businesses in manufacturing and outsourced services. Andrea also served as the VP of Business Operations at Crosby Hop Farm, where they were responsible for various operational functions and acted as the Integrator as per the Entrepreneur's Operating System.

Andrea has also worked as a Consultant at Genentech and NNE Pharmaplan, contributing to project management and utilities lead roles respectively. Andrea has extensive experience in business processes, quality review, technical training, and workshops, having worked on various projects at Genentech. Additionally, they worked as a Business Process Consultant at McKinstry and as a Project Manager at Genentech, where they successfully managed large-scale projects.

Prior to their consulting roles, Andrea served as the President of LEX Group, LLC, where they developed consumer fitness technology products.

Andrea Jones, MBA, PMP has a diverse educational background and numerous certifications. Andrea obtained their MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2006, specializing in business. Andrea concurrently pursued a Master of Engineering Systems Division degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, which they also completed in 2006, focusing on engineering systems.

Prior to their postgraduate studies, Andrea earned a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Oregon in 2001. Andrea had previously completed their undergraduate studies at the same institution, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Japanese in 2000.

Andrea's education journey began at Marist Catholic High School, where they earned their High School Diploma in 1996.

In addition to their academic achievements, Andrea has obtained several certifications. Andrea became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute in August 2011. In 2005, they received a Lean Green Belt Certification from Honeywell for completing the Honeywell Operating System (HOS) program. Furthermore, Andrea holds a Women Business Enterprise certification awarded by the State of Oregon in October 2015. Most recently, they acquired The Six Types of Working Genius Certification from The Six Types of Working Genius institution in October 2021.
