Kent Blackwell

Kent Blackwell is an experienced leader in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as the President of AJG Aerospace since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kent was the General Manager at Delta Technologies, LLC from January 2018 to July 2024, where a significant transformation was achieved, elevating the company's revenue from $8 million to $50 million by implementing lean manufacturing principles and developing key performance indicators. Earlier, as the Director of Machining Technology at Ascent Aerospace from March 2015 to December 2017, Kent focused on enhancing machine shop operations through advanced technology and process improvements. Kent's career commenced as a CNC Manager at AITS, followed by a role as Sales Manager at Tebis America, Inc., where Kent excelled in sales and marketing for high-end machining software. Kent holds a degree from Macomb Community College in Die & Mold Making as part of a Mechanical Engineering apprentice program.
