Andrew la Voy

Andrew La Voy is an experienced executive in the education and healthcare sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Healthcare Group at Kaplan since 2017, where responsibilities include leading a healthcare education business exceeding $100 million in revenue and overseeing the acquisition of a continuing medical education business. Previously, Andrew held various leadership roles at Kaplan Medical, including Vice President and General Manager, driving significant revenue growth and operational improvements. At Kaplan Test Prep, Andrew was instrumental in restructuring the organization and developing specialized sales teams. Earlier career experience includes management positions at Guardsmark and service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Andrew holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University.
