Andrew Espino

Andrew Espino currently serves as Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services since November 2024. Prior experience includes working as Quality Manager at Azzur Group from November 2020 to November 2024 and as QA Manager of Manufacturing Support at Abzena from October 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included providing quality support during GMP operations and managing reviews of manufacturing batch records. Earlier roles include QA Supervisor and QA Specialist at Abzena, Senior EM Technician at Avid Bioservices, and Environmental Monitoring Supervisor at NovaRx. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management and Manufacturing Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston, along with a certificate in Intro to QA/QC from UC San Diego Extended Studies. Additional educational pursuits were undertaken at California State University San Marcos and San Diego Miramar College.
