Ravi Kiran Tadapaneni, PhD, is an accomplished professional in food science and engineering, currently serving as the R&D Commercialization Manager at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Ravi held key roles at Impossible Foods as a Senior Food Technologist, focusing on the commercialization of plant-based products, and at Taylor Farms as a Food Engineering Manager, where expertise in food product development and ingredient innovation was applied. Ravi's academic background includes a PhD in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Washington State University, complemented by a Master's in Food Process Engineering and a Bachelor's in Food Processing Technology. A comprehensive career has been marked by significant contributions to food safety, process improvement, and sensory analysis across various organizations, including research internships and supervisory roles.
