Derek Noronha

Derek Noronha currently serves as the Head of Strategy, Business Intelligence & Transformation at AJIO.com since July 2022. Previously, Derek held various strategic leadership positions at Aditya Birla Group from January 2015 to June 2022, including Joint Vice President of Strategy and Senior General Manager of Design Thinking & Innovation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at KPMG and a Deputy Manager at Cox & Kings, where significant business development projects were led. Derek began the career at Jet Airways, accruing over seven years of experience in marketing, operations management, and customer service. Educational credentials include an MBA from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from St Andrews College in Mumbai.
