Richard Owen

Richard Owen is a seasoned business leader and co-founder of OCX Cognition, where innovative CX programs are developed through NPS Outcome Engineering, aiming to enhance financial value. Owen also co-founded The CX Iconoclast Podcast and serves as Chairman of the Board at Ajua™. Previously, Owen founded Owen CX Group to reimagine the Net Promoter Score methodology and held the role of CEO at Satmetrix and AvantGo Inc. Additional experience includes leadership positions at FTD and Dell Computer Corporation, where significant contributions were made in online ventures across various market segments. Richard Owen holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BSc in Mathematics/Economics from the University of Nottingham.
