Carla Castillejo Calzada is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in addressing housing exclusion and social integration. Since May 2020, Carla has served as a Social Worker Referent in Residential Exclusion at Ajuntament de Vilanova i la Geltrú, focusing on case management for individuals facing residential emergencies and facilitating coordinated responses with various institutions. Previously, Carla held multiple roles at Fundació Formació i Treball, including Head of the Social Action Department, where responsibilities included managing training programs and facilitating labor insertion for at-risk individuals.
