Gerard Redó Gómez is an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in urban planning and building rehabilitation. Currently serving at Ajuntament de Vilanova i la Geltrú since April 2020, Gerard oversees the granting of urban licenses and ensures compliance with legal procedures for public and private space transformations. Previous roles include positions at Generalitat de Catalunya in various capacities related to housing conservation and rehabilitation, and significant experience in project development and construction management with firms such as Rodriguez & Tozzi and Tilcara Sur. Gerard holds a degree in Technical Architecture from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a postgraduate qualification in project execution and control from the Colegio de aparejadores, arquitectos técnicos y ingenieros de edificación de Barcelona.
