Rosa Lucas

Rosa Lucas has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a lawyer and legal advisor at Ajuntament de Vilanova i la Geltrú since February 2016, where responsibilities include advising on citizen security and protection. Additionally, Rosa serves as an Associate Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra since April 2018. Prior roles include working as a legal advisor at Diputació de Barcelona from October 2005 to February 2016, and as a law teacher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from September 1995 to September 2005. Rosa has a brief experience as a substitute judge in 2005 and has also held visiting professor positions at Università di Siena in 1999 and 2000.
