Lisa Garcia

Lisa Garcia has extensive experience in community planning and development within the Ak-Chin Indian Community, currently serving as a Council Member and Senior Planner, where responsibilities include managing complex projects, analyzing business development plans, and ensuring due diligence in land purchases. Through previous roles, including Community Planner and Planning & Zoning Commissioner, Lisa has cultivated expertise in long-range community planning, zoning compliance, and environmental impact assessments. Additional experience includes program management at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and management in the Parks & Recreation Department. Lisa holds a Certified Public Manager designation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with multiple associate degrees in Recreation/Sports Management and Education.
