Jitka V.

Jitka V. has a diverse work experience, starting as a Trainee at the European Commission's Infringement Law Department in 2011. Jitka worked on confidential legal files in English and French, represented the department at conferences and meetings, and created graphical outcomes.

In 2013, they worked as an HR Admin and Recruiter at EKOSPOL before joining CSC in 2014 as a Knowledge Transfer Expert and Team Leader. In this role, they learned billing processes at CSC Spain, transferred them to Prague, and streamlined them for one full-time equivalent employee. Jitka reported to managers in the UK and created work instructions.

From 2015 to 2018, Jitka worked at E.ON, initially as an HR Global Learning Specialist and Team Leader, and later as an Events Manager and Employer Branding Specialist for E.ON UK.

In 2018, they joined ProVeg Incubator as a Founding Team Member and Marketing & Communications Manager, where they launched and managed the world's first incubator for plant-based and cultured food startups.

Jitka also worked as a Freelance Translator of Vegan Books from 2018 and as a Co-Founder, WordPress Developer, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator at the Academy of the Obvious from 2019.

Most recently, in 2021, they became a Co-Founder of AKA FOODS.

Jitka V. has a diverse education history. Jitka started in 2010 by earning a master's degree in International Business & Economics from the Prague University of Economics and Business. In the same year, they also pursued a master's degree in Humanities & Social Sciences, specializing in NGO Management, from Charles University.

In 2012, Jitka studied Politics & Economics of Northern Europe at Turun yliopisto - University of Turku. Jitka also attended the Diplomatische Akademie Wien that year, focusing on International Organizations and even visited the United Nations.

Continuing their educational journey, Jitka obtained a degree in European Studies from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2013. During that time, they also delved into the Central European countries & the EU at Anglo-American University in Prague.

In 2017, Jitka focused on Brand Management & Marketing Communications at ISCTE Business School.

In 2018, Jitka pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Jitka also began an MBA program at City University of Seattle, which remained unfinished by 2020.

Finally, in 2021, Jitka attended PR Academy London for an Introduction to Public Relations & Media Writing course.

Throughout their education, Jitka's chosen fields of study varied, including International Business & Economics, NGO Management, European Studies, Brand Management & Marketing Communications, Entrepreneurship, and Central European countries & the EU.
