Thảo Nguyên

Thảo Nguyên is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, marketing, and management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at both UBot and akaBot since 2022 and 2021, respectively, Thảo also holds the position of Senior Marketing Executive at ITBIZ Viral Marketing Agency since June 2018. Additionally, Thảo has been a Manager Barista at Drew Coffee since September 2017, where the focus is on providing high-quality coffee experiences. Previous experience includes a role at CNV Loyalty App Platform and freelance booking from 2019 to June 2021. Thảo Nguyên graduated with a degree in Finance from the Academy of Finance in Hanoi, Vietnam, from 2013 to 2018.
