Evan Winkler

Evan Winkler has extensive experience in the operations and management of residential buildings. Evan served as the Director of Operations at AKAM Living Services, Inc. from October 2015 onwards, where they monitored violations and ensured compliance with company policies and guidelines. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at WinnCompanies from October 2011 to October 2015, overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing buildings and units in NYC. Evan also served as an Operations Manager at Arker Development / Progressive Management from December 2007 to October 2011, where they supervised maintenance operations and managed staff. Additionally, they worked as a Maintenance Manager at WMC LLC from January 2003 to December 2007, handling maintenance operations and overseeing the training and supervision of maintenance employees.
