Ivan Cardona

Ivan Cardona, CPM, currently serves as General Manager/Senior Property Manager at AKAM, managing a large residential and commercial Condop property in Upper Westside Manhattan with over 450 units since November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Community Manager at FirstService Residential, overseeing a 425-unit residential condominium in New Jersey, and as Portfolio Property Manager at Island Condo Management Corporation, where Ivan led the performance of a substantial residential portfolio. Additional roles include Deputy Director of Re-Rental Oversight at NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Ivan holds degrees in Property Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College.
