Jessica Ruiz, LCAM, CMCA, has extensive experience in community association management, currently serving as Vice President of Management and Regional Director at AKAM since September 2020. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of General Manager at FirstService Residential Florida and Atlantic Pacific Companies, demonstrating progressive leadership since 2004 in various capacities, including Licensed Community Association Manager and Regional Director.
