Paola K. Rizzuto

Paola K. Rizzuto serves as the General Manager at The Warren Street Condominium, managing a luxury 220-unit building in Manhattan since September 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of 30 union staff and a third-party amenities management team, along with managing major capital improvement projects. Previously, Paola held the position of Portfolio Manager at Kaled Management Corp, overseeing six rent-stabilized multifamily buildings and one co-op in Brooklyn and Queens. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Property Manager at First Service Residential and as a licensed real estate salesperson at Halstead Brooklyn LLC. Paola is a certified real estate instructor and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Middle Eastern Studies and Political Science from Rutgers University.
