German Zamora

German Zamora is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and technical project management, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Akamai Technologies since July 2015. Over the years at Akamai Technologies, German has taken on multiple roles, including Senior Enterprise Security Architect and Senior Technical Project Manager, focusing on enhancing customers' security postures through effective consulting and relationship management. Prior to Akamai, German worked at SYKES Costa Rica as a Cisco TAC Team Manager for the Security Solutions team and as a Cisco Engineer, providing technical support in Unified Communications. German's career began at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated as a Technical Support Specialist for Sony Vaio customers. German holds a Licenciatura in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management as well as a degree in Telematics from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
