Javed Shaikh

Javed Shaikh is a seasoned cloud solutions architect with extensive experience in supporting major Media, Ad-tech, Hi-tech, and SaaS customers across the ANZ and ASEAN regions at Akamai Technologies since February 2023. With a strong background in cloud pre-sales, Javed specializes in cloud and media delivery products while assisting clients in designing and migrating live streaming and video-on-demand workflows to Akamai Connected Cloud. Previously, Javed held various roles at Amazon Web Services from July 2017 to February 2023, including Cloud Architect II, Lead Cloud Engineer, and Cloud Engineer, contributing to significant migrations and the onboarding of new engineers. Javed's career began in 2013 with positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Capgemini, and Cybage, focusing on system engineering, Linux administration, and DevOps engineering. Javed holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education.
