Ken Wechsler

Ken Wechsler, SPHR, CCP, serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Akamai Technologies since April 2022, overseeing rewards strategies for a global workforce of nearly 10,000 employees. Additionally, Wechsler is a Board Member of the Corporate Directors Forum, which focuses on enhancing corporate governance through education. As a Faculty Member at WorldatWork since 2000, Wechsler teaches courses in Total Rewards and Quantitative Skills for HR professionals. Previous roles include Vice President of Total Rewards at DraftKings Inc., Associate Partner at Radford, and founder of Remedy Compensation Consulting. Wechsler holds dual Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.
