Lisa Synek, CCP, MBA, is an accomplished executive specializing in global total rewards, compensation, and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Payroll at Boomi, Lisa leads the strategic design and analysis of the company’s total rewards strategy. Previously, Lisa held significant roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and Zebra Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing people transformation, global compensation, and successful integration strategies during mergers and acquisitions. With extensive experience in human resources leadership and financial planning, Lisa has played pivotal roles in organizational design, compensation harmonization, and driving employee engagement. An active member of the Chicago Compensation Association, Lisa's strong educational background includes an Executive MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
