Lentin Varghese

Lentin Varghese is an experienced professional in the field of technical support and engineering management, currently serving as an Escalation Manager and Technical Support Manager at Akamai Technologies since June 2016, where Lentin leads a team of 15 engineers to provide enterprise customer support in media technologies, participating in significant global events such as the Cricket World Cup and the Olympics. Previous roles included Senior Team Lead and Technical Solutions Engineer II at Akamai, as well as positions at Dell SonicWALL, Greenestep, and Customer Line Pvt. Ltd. Lentin has a strong background in operational efficiency, team training, and customer relationship management. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of London, Lentin also holds a Diploma in Electronics from Maharaja's Technological Institute.
