Michelle Bartlett

Michelle Bartlett currently serves as the Senior Director of Change Management and User Experience at Akamai Technologies, a position held since October 2018. In this role, Michelle leads initiatives focused on ensuring seamless transitions and high adoption rates for complex programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and navigation within systems. Prior to Akamai, Michelle worked at Cognizant for over a decade in various roles including Director of Change Management and Practice Director of Cloud Organizational Change Management. Michelle's career also includes a position as Principal at Productively Legal, Inc. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Salve Regina University, graduating in 1999.
