Mike McLaughlin

Mike McLaughlin is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, HR operations, and global mobility. Currently serving as the Director of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility/Immigration at Akamai Technologies since February 2009, Mike leads initiatives in people analytics, inclusive job description implementation, and emerging talent programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Staffing Consultant and Technical Recruiter at Veritude, where Mike supported various clients including Fidelity Investments, and as a Staffing Specialist and Manager at Keane. Mike began a career in recruitment with a focus on technical roles and also has a background in operations management from National Car Rental. Mike holds a BA in Business Marketing from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
