Shubham Mittal

Shubham Mittal is a seasoned professional with experience in system operations and software support. Currently serving as a Senior System Operation Engineer at Akamai Technologies since November 2022, Shubham specializes in AWS and Linode cloud operations, traffic migrations, and public key infrastructure management. Previously, Shubham held the position of Software Support Engineer at Amdocs from June 2019 to November 2022, providing 24x7 operational support, monitoring events, conducting log analysis, and investigating incidents. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior IN Engineer at Vodafone, focusing on monitoring and troubleshooting prepaid billing services, and as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Ericsson India, contributing to the BSS team for an Airtel project.
