Don Labs has held various executive roles in the technology industry since 1995. Don began their career at SPSS as the VP of North American Sales. In 2000, they moved to Cognos as the VP of North American Customer Operations. Following this, they joined Siebel Systems as the VP of Sales for the North American Retail Vertical in 2002. In 2005, they were appointed SVP of Global Sales and Marketing at GlobalView Software Inc., an early stage cloud solution company. In 2006, they joined Sterling Commerce Inc. as the VP of Sales Americas West and VP of E-Commerce Sales and was later appointed the WW Sales Leader of B2B Cloud Solutions. In 2013, they moved to OpenText as the VP of Worldwide Sales for Cloud Information Exchange, where they were the #1 OpenText sales pillar in 2015. In 2016, they joined Oracle as the Group Vice President of North America Retail Sales and GT Nexus an Infor Company as the SVP of Sales for Global Retail and Fashion, where they initiated the largest Retail transformational deal in GT Nexus history. Most recently, they were appointed VP of Global Akana Sales at Akana by Perforce in 2017.
Don Labs received their MBA from Northern Illinois University in 1994, where they studied Business. Don also earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1981.
