Charlène Gallion

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has over two decades of experience in healthcare and nursing informatics. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is recognized as a clinical documentation expert and leads care plan and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior to this role, Charlene worked as a Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where implementation of the A4 Healthmatics ED application took place in the emergency department of a level one trauma center. Charlene's earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Charlene initially worked as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
