Pedro Mota

Pedro Mota is an experienced professional with a strong background in consultancy and business management, currently serving as CEO of AkaPeople since September 2017, focusing on matching top talent in IT, Engineering, and Finance with corporate opportunities. Prior to this role, Mota held positions as Business Director for Wyser Portugal and QiBit Portugal, where responsibilities included business strategy definition and operational management. Mota also served as Commercial Director and Head of Randstad Professionals/Technologies in Portugal, and was a key member of the management team for Randstad Brazil's Technologies Division. Early career roles include Sales Manager for Randstad Technologies and Business Manager at New Boston Select.
