Alison Lucas

Alison Lucas is an experienced registered mental health nurse with nearly 35 years in the field. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager and RMN at Akari Care since August 2020, Alison has also held roles as a Recruitment Resourcer at Connor Black Consulting Limited since December 2017, and previously worked as Unit Manager at Larchwood from October 2015 to December 2017. Additional experience includes a six-month tenure as Deputy Manager at hc1.com in 2016 and a Deputy Manager position at Larchwood Care from August 2013 to October 2015, both focusing on managing challenging behavior units.
