Damon Matthew Flournoy

Damon Matthew Flournoy has worked in the Information Technology field since 2008. Damon Matthew began their career at Perot Systems Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed a C#. NET application providing web access and document storage to account executives managing complex government and commercial contracts for SLA compliance. Damon Matthew also lead the engineering team in developing migration solutions for PeopleSoft, SharePoint and intranet applications.

In 2010, Flournoy joined NoysTech Information Systems as a Project Lead Developer, where they were responsible for the full life cycle design and development of a C#. NET web-based intranet application for expense tracking and monitoring.

In 2013, Flournoy became a Scrum Master at Managing Innovation & Technology, where they were responsible for the architecture, management and deployment of an Apple store and web-based enterprise iPad Optical Patient Management application.

Flournoy then returned to NoysTech Information Systems in 2015 as an Information Technology Project Manager. Damon Matthew was responsible for the architecture, roadmap and management of multiple web application projects using Agile methodologies and management tools.

In 2018, Flournoy joined American Airlines as an Information Technology Operations Project Manager. Damon Matthew managed daily operations and production support for enterprise CRM software, on-premise sales, business intelligence and web service applications. Damon Matthew also led DevOps tracks to develop new infrastructure and business process for continuous integration & delivery pipeline with automated testing, code promotion and data provisioning.

Also in 2018, Flournoy joined Akava as Director Project Delivery. Damon Matthew was the lead advocate on business process and workflow for digital marketing strategy. Damon Matthew was also a key contributor to sales and operations teams that manage online and overall marketing presence, as well as driving complex Salesforce integration and automation for targeted marketing campaigns.

Damon Matthew Flournoy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the DeVry Institute of Technology.
