Barış Kaan Alagöz

Barış Kaan Alagöz is a data scientist and assistant manager focused on corporate analytics at Akbank since August 2023. Previously, Alagöz served as a CRM Data Analysis Supervisor in the Payment Systems Tribe at TEB from July 2022 to July 2023, starting the career with the Management Trainee Programme. Alagöz also gained experience as a data science intern at JotForm and a business development intern at Akbank, where contributions included developing forecasting methods for customer contact center incoming calls. Alagöz has held leadership positions, including Chairman of the Power & Energy Society at IEEE METU Student Branch. Academic qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Statistics and a bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
