Erce Bilgen

Erce Bilgen currently serves as the Assistant in the Akbank Experience and Academy Department, starting in February 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating educational programs for university students with the aim of improving team competencies and fostering internal loyalty. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Competency Development at JTI, People and Culture Specialist at Habitat Derneği, and various positions related to project assistance and finance across several companies, including ODIS and Mazhar Zorlu Holding. Erce Bilgen holds a master's degree in Financial Management from Istanbul University, expected to be completed in June 2025, and a bachelor's degree in International Business and Trade from Dokuz Eylul University, completed in 2022.
