Neon M. has a long and varied work experience. They began their career at Apple in 2004 as a Manager. From 2014-2020, they held various roles such as Creative Director, Copywriter at Ranch Branding, Brand Representative at Parasite Design SARL, Consumer Feedback Coordinator/Flagship GM at adidas, Resort General Manager at Railroad Park Resort, eCommerce Admin at Nimbus Enterprises, Northern Oregon Market Leader at Oregon Cannabis Wholesaler, Head of Advertising & Sales at SOL CULTIVATIONS INC, and Copywriter/Co-Owner at The More There Is, LLC. Most recently, they began working as a Content Manager for AKC Marketing in 2022.

Neon M. completed their Bachelor's degree in Creative Advertising / Leadership Communication from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University between 2001 and 2006.
