Bülent Bozdoğan

Bulent Bozdogan was born in 1956. After graduating from the Business Administration Department of Middle East Technical University, he started working at PwC as a senior auditor in 1980. From 1982 to 1991, he worked as a manager in various commercial and financial departments at Unilever Turkey. In October 1991, he served as Assistant General Manager responsible for Finance, Planning and Control at Brisa BridgestoneTire Co., a Joint Venture of Sabancı Holding and Bridgestone Japan. He continued his career as Global CFO and Vice President at KordSA Global A.Ş. In 2009, Sabancı Holding A.Ş.

Bülent Bozdoğan, after 26 years of work experience at Sabancı, retired at the age of 62, as per Sabancı Holding's internal regulations. In January 2018, he started to work at Dedeman Holding as the CEO responsible for Mining and Tourism Enterprises for 2 years and left his job at the end of the term. As of July 2020, he started to work as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors and Head of Audit at Borusan Mannessman Boru A.Ş, a Turkish-German joint venture, and he still continues in this position. He became an Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Kordsa Indonesia in October 2020 and at CarrefourSA in September 2021, and his duties in this position still continue.
