Jeffrey Kleywegt

Jeffrey Kleywegt is a seasoned attorney and partner at AKD, specializing in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, cross-border collective redress, private enforcement claims, and private international law since April 2015. Additionally, Jeffrey contributes insights and updates on collective redress and private international law as a contributing author for Lexology. Previous roles include chairman of the supervisory board for Studievereniging In Duplo and educator in business economics, organization & management, and financial management at EuroCollege Hogeschool. Jeffrey has also gained experience through internships at Stibbe and De Nederlandsche Bank. Academically, Jeffrey holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics, among other degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a specialization in contracting from Leiden University.
