Land Manager at AKD

Mark Diedrichs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in land and fibre supply management within the forestry and timber industries. Currently serving as Land Manager and Fibre Supply Manager for AKD since September 2021, Mark oversees strategic fibre supply projects across various Australian operations. Prior to this, Mark was a Consultant at MD Consulting, where the focus was on maximising resource value for key clients, including AKD. Mark's previous role as General Manager at C3 from 2017 to 2020 involved implementing health and safety initiatives, expanding services into a leading forest industry contractor, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Mark's experience also includes serving as Regional Manager for Australian Bluegum Plantations from 2009 to 2017, overseeing extensive land management and operations. Mark holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Massey University, along with leadership training from AGSM at UNSW Business School.
