Garrett Harkey

Garrett Harkey is currently serving as a BTR Land Development Project Manager at Taylor Morrison since March 2024. Previously, Garrett held the position of Land Development Superintendent at PulteGroup from March 2022 to March 2024. Garrett has extensive experience in operations and management from a lengthy tenure at DriveTime, where roles included Reconditioning Center Operations Manager, General Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Sales Advisor, and Sales Advisor from November 2010 to March 2022. Prior experience includes ownership and estimating at GBHC LLC from May 2009 to January 2011 and various construction-related roles at Simonini Builders from May 2006 to May 2009, including Warranty Manager and Construction Estimator. Garrett earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Appalachian State University in May 2007.
