Mary Beth Flaming

Mary Beth Flaming started her career at Cbeyond as a Sales Associate in 2007 before moving on to different roles in human resources. She worked as a Front Office Administrator, Executive Administrative and Sales Assistant, Human Resource Generalist, Professional Recruiter, and Human Resource Representative in various companies. Currently, she is the President of AKE Safety Equipment since May 2016, where she also holds the titles of Human Resources Director, Operations Manager, and Recruitment Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from Southwest Minnesota State University and a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
